Creation Notes:
GENRE: bulletin.
Bulletin "+" began to come out in spring 1984, with issues designated as a series thus: +1,+2, etc. A. Lashchiver, O. Korzinina and E. Kulinskaia participated in the preparation of the edition. In a certain sense Bulletin "+" was the continuation of Bulletin "V," although "+" contained completely unedited information intended for other editions reporting on human rights issues. Bulletin "+" stopped appearing in the summer of 1986 (BULV).
