Name in English "Woogie" based on title in Russian and fact that another edition called Boogie (Bugi) was also launched around this time.
This first rock journal in Saratov came out in May, 1986, right after the founding of a Rock Club in the city: Aleksandr "Fil" Filipov began work on the journal and Sergei "Sam" Tiapkin completed it (ENRS).
